Bergen Bålklubb Aufguss experience
A guided forest inspired Aufguss ritual inside the sauna followed by a bonfire hangout outside.

Inside the sauna Bergen Bålklubb will run a one hour Aufguss session themed around a forest walk that leads to a glowing bonfire. We will use Scandinavian tree fragrances throughout the ritual and finish with sage to close the experience. This ties directly into the identity of Bålklubb which is built around community gathering by the fire. 

After the sauna session we invite guests to gather by the outdoor bonfire for one hour. Social, relaxed atmosphere. Community focus. We will provide marshmallows and ginger bread as a simple treat to end the evening together.
